Annual Meeting
The La Plaza de los Leones Annual Meeting, usually held in January, is a time to reflect on the year's accomplishments and to honor the hard work of the adult organization and Youth Auxiliary members. Awards are given in recognition of the hard work put in by many throughout the year. Awards include Volunteer of the Year and Special Recognition for both adult members and Youth Auxiliary members, Community Service Awards, Youth Service Awards and a Lifetime Achievement Award.
La Plaza de los Leones, Inc. would like to thank all of our volunteer members who serve as a crucial resource in helping make higher education possible for Huerfano County graduates. Without the help of our volunteer members we would be unable to continue.
